A 2,000 key hotel on Russia's Pacific Coast. The development also incorporates 6,000 sq.ft of retail, theatres, casino, spas and food and beverage outlets. The fabric of the building would have to withstand the temperature extremes experience in this part of the world with lows of -20C and high of +25C. The exterior of the building is proposed to be clad with intergrated lighting which opens up the possibility of creating unique moments that will mesmerize and enchant guest.
