Neocyber is a 21-acre mixed residential and commercial development located approximately 300m from Cyberjaya's main transport bus terminal. Masterplanned in 2006, it comprises of 167 two-storey commercial retail units, two 10-storey commercial office blocks, a group of 5 serviced apartments and a surau grouped around a 1.2-acre park.
It aims to address the needs of Cyberjaya's youthful population consisting of students and knowledge / IT-workers by creating an environment that provides all required neighbourhood & service retail facilities, easy access and recreational facilities.
As of 2011, the retail units, office blocks and a serviced apartment block (The Domain) have been completed and occupied whilst 2 other residential blocks (Domain 2 & 3) are under construction.
