From Ordinary to Extraordinary Place
Puchong Gateway is a non tabula rasa masterplan proposal with strategies on design improvements for an existing under-thriving development. The main approach was to define its identity and address the high vacancies and non-friendly atmosphere, scarcity of landscaping and lack of distinction within its context. The Village, Town Hall and The Design Hub are three components proposed on the elongated site as catalyst to create an aspirational lifestyle environment and sense of ownership for the community via collective branding.
