Tecna Cyberjaya was aspired as a destination serving locals, expats and students predominantly from Cyberjaya. In tandem with local authority’s requirement on urban aesthetics, the design approach was to create a collective architecture of bold statement. At a density of plot ratio 5.2, four iconic high rises as urban landmarks are designed with strong and bold façade emphasizing structural integrity, while an iconic folding façade for the retail mall below functions to maximize retail display. The podium is fabricated with vertical landscaping to humanize ground level experiences, and incorporating amenities and spaces for events.
