The Elevia Residence is a stratified residential development comprising of a multi-storey car park block, 34 low-rise parkhomes and 128 apartment units.
Recreational facilities are located at various intersections of the development starting from the entrance, drop off, children play area, facility deck and hanging pavilions, landscaped podium deck, typical lift lobbies and sky deck on the level 26.
The development uses a playful mix of red colours, L-angle fins and aluminium sinusoidal panels to screen M&E equipment and provide protection from weather.
