C’arch Architecture + Design
This high-rise commercial development comprises two 15-storey towers sitting on top of a 200-metre podium. The podium houses a series of retail units and car-parking facilities with communal gardens on the roof. The building is located at the centre of an existing business park and is visible from the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE). The eye-catching facade consists of a series of three to four-storey vertical brise soleil fins, equally spaced but stacked in a staggered fashion, with accents of highlight colours.
