This Grade A office building with two 11-storey towers was designed to offer facilities and amenities of international standard to MSC status companies.
These include international space planning modules on an 8.500m structural grid, combination of tinted coloured glazing/aluminium composite panelling curtain walling system, perforated metals for sunshades and solar control, 4.200m floor-to-floor height, dedicated service lift with 2,000kg loading, full compliance for disabled access, and dedicated tenant Genset/UPS/Service Provider Rooms.
A water plaza in the reception area can be transformed into a dry plaza for functions.
Outdoor facilities include a podium garden with landscaped spaces and decks for a multitude of functions.
